Do you hate to workout? Are there any other fun exercises like ZUMBA?
I hate to workout! Aerobics, steps and floor exercise make me die from boredom. Walking machines and rooms full of drones on machines make me want to scream!
Thank the good Lord I found Zumba! It’s not a workout, it’s a party! I swear I was a confirmed couch potato that never got off the couch if I didn’t have to. Now I would go to Zumba everyday if I could.
