Christians, do you celebrate halloween? & why do or don’t you?
My family and I do not celebrate it because we
believe it to be a holiday that celebrates evil and
darkness, and also promotes fear.
Christians don’t celebrate Halloween for the same reason you don’t. It’s a pagan celebration. You can dress up and do whatever you want, but in that day you shouldn’t because it’s in the same date and meaning of Halloween. People think they’re just trying to have fun, but why in that date and with that meaning, even if they aren’t dressing because they are celebrating it, why can’t they celebrate a party of costumes on another date?? As christian you should give the right example and no matter what people say, stay firm in Jesus. Remember that everything bad is now good, that is satan’s purpose for us to belive and that is demonstrated in the beginning of the Bible when God says to Eve that if she eated that fruit she would die and what did satan do?? satan said, that if she ate that fruit she wouldn’t die but have the same knowledge as God. Is that waht God said?? no!! That’s how people try to make bad things look like good ones.
