ok i would get a 3 day base ticket which allows you to visit one park per day for 3 days. the visits don’t have to be consecutive but they do expire 14 days after the first use unless you get the no expiration option. but since you are only going on a 14 day holiday then you shouldn’t worry about then expiring before you use all of the days.

and if you go to the disney world website you can purchase any amount of days you’d like.
just look on the left side of the page where it says “price your dream vacation” below you will see 3 options “vacation packages”, “room only”, or “tickets”. click on tickets and fill in the info. there is a spot for what country you are from so you can choose (United Kingdom) and then click “get prices” and it will take you to the ticket page where you can customize the ticket to how ever you want.

and don’t forget you could always just purchase your tickets once you get to disney world. by the way the prices online are the same as at the parks.
