i need some useful sites for information on wine?
I need to research the wineries in Bordeaux, France and La Rioja, Spain.
i’ve got to include the history of wine making, wine varieties produced and their characteristics, how much their produced annually, wine festivals and tourism and wine sales (domestic, export markets)
All winery’s basically do the same thing, they press the grapes to get juice and add yeast to the juice and in a couple weeks the yeast turn the sugars in the juice to alcohol
